Realsure is an I-buying service provided by the partnership of Realogy and Home Partners of America.
I was brought on to work with the Realsure team as Lead UX Designer in the months before the COVID pandemic. Our UX team ran research tests and successfully redesigned the website and some in app workflows. The product team is expecting us to rejoin them once the world settles down a little.

When I joined the product team, there were a plethora of issues to address from the homepage to the app's workflow. Here you can see how I strategically conducted an heuristic review, moderated user research, and implemented a UX process that helped us address concerns from the workflow to the homepage.
